Pamela was always active and enjoyed running and sports. However, after having children she was faced with the need to lose weight. Four years ago she decided to train for a triathlon. After losing 30 pounds and completing the triathlon she was hooked on fitness and helping others attain their fitness goals. Pamela became an ISSA trainer and is now seeking her Fitness Nutrition Certification. She stays active playing soccer, biking and competing in running races.
