Dr. Erica Heppe grew up in Spotsylvania and attended Courtland High School, where she competed on the tennis, field hockey, golf, track, and cross country teams. She completed her undergrad at the University of Virginia. During undergrad she was actively involved her sorority, Gamma Phi Beta, and the Alzheimer’s Association Central & Western Virginia Chapter.
She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree cum laude from Palmer Chiropractic College in San Jose, California. Dr. Heppe has pursued extensive studies in Women’s Healthcare, including prenatal, pregnancy care, and aging. She is certified in the Webster technique for women. Dr. Heppe is also a certified practitioner of Cox-Flexion Distraction to help eliminate disc related low back and leg pain. She believes in listening, educating, and encouraging her patients to take an active role in their health and wellness.
When she is not treating patients, Dr. Heppe spends her time traveling with her husband Dr. Scott and her son Clifton, playing USTA tennis, trail running, practicing yoga, and enjoying sunny days.
