Pitaiyo Circuit

Pitaiyo Circuit is a 45-min full body workout. It is a blend of Mind and Body meets Cross Fit style training. We start with a qi gong tai chi and sun salutation warm up. We then shock the body with HIIT (high intensity interval training) and Tabata training alternating cardio and strength exercises. We end the class with three pilates exercises, a stretch followed by a power thought.
