At 64, I was inconsistently motivated to exercise and tired of gyms with their standardized approaches. I wanted an individualized exercise routine that could be done at home or while traveling - developed by a trainer who emphasized core strengthening and who knew how to avoid aggravating old injuries or arthritis. For over a year I searched for a knowledgeable and certified personal trainer who would help me with these goals and who also had patience with the fact that I do not have any intuitive understanding of exercise. Just when I was about to give up, I spotted the Green Fitness sign. Garrett Green turned out to be the complete package and more! He fine tunes exercises to maximize benefit, pushes at just the right pace, and cheerfully ignores occasional whining. And the outcome? The best example is this: after working with him for only about four months, I am skiing without knee braces for the first time in over five years. I can't imagine how good I will feel after a year!
