    Going to Green Fitness has been one of my best life choices. After sitting down with me and discussing my goals, the equipment I have to exercise at home with, and my many physical impairments - including both shoulders being frozen, a frozen hip, Type 1 IDDM, Celiac Disease and thyroid disease, Garrett developed a plan to help me improve my strength, flexibility, endurance and diabetes control. The exercises are imaginative which makes working out fun and almost all of them can be done in my home. I stay interested and motivated in exercising because the workouts are so dynamic. I have been in several exercise programs, and had other personal trainers and Green Fitness definitely is miles above them all.     I used to be an avid runner, but years behind a desk, a busy schedule, and health issues put my workouts on the back burner.     At 64, I was inconsistently motivated to exercise and tired of gyms with their standardized approaches.
